A Culinarian with a minimum of two years full-time employment in the culinary profession, including those who are in catering business, working in standalone restaurant or an industrial canteen.

A Student Culinarian is a student or apprentice studying at a hotel management / catering institute A onetime membership fee will be charged till they have completed their education program. (Valid for a period of 1 years).

An Associate Member is a representative of a group, company or corporation providing products or services to the culinary profession. (The membership is available to 2 representatives of the company).

An Allied Member is an individual employed in a field related to the culinary profession (such as dietitians / nutritionists).
